To open the 'Export to Excel' window, choose Export / Excel from the File menu.

This window has two tabs (three if you export video data): General and Fields (or General, Video Fields and Contents Fields when exporting video data). Click the Help button for more information about the options on these tabs.

Click the Export button to start the export process.
