To open the 'Import from Text File' window, choose Import / Text File from the File menu.
The first you need to do is to create a new import definition. In the 'Add New' window you must give the new import definition a name, and select the table you want to import data into. You can import data to any table, for example Program or any of the lookup tables (Category, Keyword, Publisher, etc.).
This window has two tabs: General and Fields. Click the Help button for more information about the options on these tabs.
Click the Import button to start the import process.
