This is a memo field where you can specify the insurance company's address.

This is a memo field where you can specify the insurance company's address.
Contact Person (Text 50)
Type the name of the contact person.
Coverage (Numeric)
Specify the insurance coverage.
E-mail (Text 100)
Here you can specify the e-mail address.
Fax (Text 50)
Here you can specify fax number.
Insurance Company (Text 50)
In this field you specify the name of the insurance company.
Insurance ID (Numeric)
This is an unique ID number that is assigned to each entry in the table.
Marked (Yes/No)
This field indicates whether the record is marked or not.
Notes (Memo)
This field is for your own notes.
Phone (Text 25)
Here you can specify phone number.
Policy (Text 50)
Use this field to specify the name of the insurance policy. Use the Sort by field to specify the value that is used when sorting on this item.
Policy Number (Text 25)
Type the insurance policy number.
Sort by (Text 52)
This is the value that is used when sorting on this item. When you tab out of the Policy field (or save the item), CATraxx will automatically fill in the Sort by field if it is empty.
