When downloading a double-CD album from CDDB, how do I add the second CD?

Add the first CD as a new album (Album => Add - Download from CDDB) like you always do. Then, to add the second CD, insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive and click the Add CD - Download from CDDB button below the track list.
