I've added a hard disk in my computer, and moved my audio files from drive "C" to drive "D", and player of course doesn't find and play. So how can I change the drive letter to the new folder?

You need to use the "Update Path" function. Choose Update Path=>Audio Files from the Tools menu, then enter "C:\" as "Old path" and "D:\" as "New path".
